This system was created by the state requirement that the automotive repair shop must make available to an inspector any car loaner records at a moment’s notice. In addition to meeting this requirement the system also captures information about their customers making a requirement an opportunity to better connect with them. The system is easy to use since the service personnel are always busy and the goal was to make this part of their job easier.
