This system was created for a law firm that wanted an easier way to create real estate closing documents.  The client tracking system that they used had a cumbersome system to generate reports.  This system retrieved data from the tracking system and allowed the user to create their own documents which when printed would incorporate the data from the tracking system.  The system also allowed for the automatic creation of a set of documents based on user maintained list of document set types.  It was estimated that the system saves at least one half time person and ensures that the documents are correct.
